1. You have to be a fan of Lucifer! It doesn't matter which Megaten game(s) you know him from, as long as you're a fan.
2. You only need a valid e-mail address and a name to join.
3. If you have a website, please take a code and link back to the fanlisting.
4. Porn sites and hate sites, including sites which have sections/pages devoted to bashing one or more characters, need not apply. I will list your name, but not your site.
